Classic Chilli Con Carne
with UNCLE BEN'S Chili Con Carne 2L

40 g Fresh Red Chillies, Deseeded And Chopped
410 g Kidney Beans, Cooked And Drained Weight
1,200 g Lean Beef Chuck Diced
40 ml Oil
950 g Red Pepper, 12mm Diced
950 g UNCLE BEN'S Chilli con Carne
Method
 
Sauté the pepper in the oil until tender, remove from the pan and reserve.

Brown of the beef and allow to braise in own juices until tender, adding a little water if needed.

Stir in the UNCLE BEN'S® Chilli Con Carne Sauce and heat through.

Add the fresh chillies, sautéed peppers and the kidney beans and allow to simmer for 5 -10 minutes, check the seasoning and serve.
