Chinese Turkey Stir-Fry
with UNCLE BEN'S Chinese Stir Fry

250 g Beansprouts
140 g Carrot, Diced
140 g Celery, Diagonally Sliced
140 g Chinese Leaf, 5 Cm Dice
20 g Chopped Parsley
100 g Fresh Ginger, Finely Chopped
140 g Green Pepper, Diced
1 kg Noodles
140 g Red Pepper, Diced
20 ml Sesame Oil
2 tsp Soy Sauce
140 ml Sunflower Oil
1 kg Turkey, Diced
1 kg UNCLE BEN'S Chinese Stir Fry
Method
 
Place the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile heat the oil and sesame oil then add the ginger.

Stir-fry for one minute then add the vegetables and turkey and stir-fry for a further two minutes (add the beansprouts one minute before serving).

Add the UNCLE BEN'S® Chinese Stir-Fry Sauce and heat through.

Drain the noodles and stir into the dish.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
